If, for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund for online purchases within 30 days, provided the goods are still in their packaging, and in their original saleable condition. We are also happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you. 

We aim to process your order within 24 hours, but during busier periods, please allow 48 hours. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 or FREE when you spend over £30, next day is £6.95.
